Bought car new. Maintenance costs very low, if you carefully follow manufacturer's recommended schedule. The dealer "pushes" lots of extra maintenance -- none of it bad -- but not needed.
It is not a sports car but handling is decent. Strong cross winds can be felt. A bit too noisy. Pick up is better than anticipated. Drives effortlessly at highway speeds of 75 - 80. However engine feels stressed with fast acceleration.
Roomier inside than expected. I am 6ft 1in and have plenty of driver or passenger room. Rear seat is ok.
Mileage is about as claimed by Toyota -- 45 mpg BUT in cold winter weather the mileage drops to about 36 mpg. Dealer says "that is normal" because engine takes longer to warm up ??? Use of air conditioning also decreases mileage by about 3 - 4 mpg. ...............bill m
I would highly recommend the car
The driver side estimate to replace a timing belt for '06 sienna is $289.02.
DAR Cars Toyota estimates the cost will be $931.85.
Why would DAR Cars charge so much more. ??????? Their labor estimate is $771. The estimated repair time is 2.1 hours!!!!
Thanks!!
