Question: transmission fluid

I own a 2006 nissan sentra 1.8s. I have 46000 miles on it. Synthetic oil changes every 6k miles. I am wanting to sell it. The drive belts, transmission oil change, air filter, fuel and throttle body flush, power steering flush, coolant need to be replaced. should I service the vehicle first or sell it? what would you suggest and would it make sense to spend the money on maintenence or just sell it. I am a college student who doesn't have tons of money. What should I do?

You could probably get between 11-12k for it in decent condition. It's probably a good idea, in terms of the resale value, to get all these servicing things done if you can. Or maybe just fix the drive belts (which probably costs about a 100). You can get servicing estimates in the service your sentra section of the driverside site.
