Question: Mass air flow sensor problem?

Went to Autozone, had them check codes. MAF and IAT codes P0101, P0113, P1111. Replaced MAF with new unit, includes IAT, and codes remained. Tested MAP sensor, is okay. Autozone reset computer after new MAF, check engine light back on in 2.2 miles. Car purrs like a kitten, can't tell it's running at idle. Problem is that it only seems to misfire when decelerating, with or without using cruise control.
