Question: Diagnosing AC and power steering

Hello! I have a 2010 Genesis 4.6 here. A while back, a clicking noise would come when I turn on the upper air vents, though they still seem to blow fine. A few weeks later, the AC stopped blowing cold. Later on, the battery died. Replaced it and it seems to be charging fine for now. Just recently, the steering feels a little stiff, fluid level is fine. The serpentine belt looks a little glazed and produces a clicking sound from around the driver side either around the alternator pulley or the AC pulley. Should I replace the belt and check the pulleys? Primary goal is to fix the AC, so would it possibly solve at least the lack of cold air if it has enough refrigerant?
