Question: Around 103,000 miles developed a humming road noise sound
Vehicle did not have this noise before. Put on a new set of Michelin premiers but this did not eliminate the noise.

Does it vary with engine rpm? and mostly at lower rpm? It could be a fuel pump. I have a 2002 ES300 that has a humming noise that is vibrating thru the fuel lines under the floor pan. I replaced a fuel damper on the fuel injector rail but it still has the humming noise. I haven't removed the fuel tank yet but I have a strong suspicion it's the fuel pump (located inside the fuel tank)
